You know how the weather predictions change as the storm gets closer?
Well now they are saying 8" to 14" for this area and surrounding. This is Topeka, Kansas which is smack dab right in the middle of the United States. Winter here has been very mild. The temp today is about 39 degrees Fahrenheit which is 4 degrees Celsius .
