I can get cold just by looking at winter pictures. I live in Topeka, Kansas and so far this winter has been fairly pleasant and mild. Mr. Weatherman forecast for this area is that we can expect 5" to 10" of snow here on Wednesday. I knew that was coming. this has a winter too good to be true. We have been outdoors without coats on. I have seen neighborhood boys riding bikes wearing shorts, yes I knew it was coming.the top picture I found online but the bottom is one I took of my yard a few years back.
Hey Lauren! Thank you for stopping by my blog. I appreciate all of the comments I can get. It is always nice to know that someone cares about me, and even what I write. Yes, those pictures reminded me of why my hubby and I decided to try "snowbirding" and fly south(west) for the winter. We are coming from 30 to 60 degree weather to 70-80. Definitely nicer.
