I have been taking fish oil omega 3 capsules for about 2 years now. The biggest change that I can see is in the condition of my hair and nails.   1. Hey my friend! Supplements are important to me now that I have had gastric surgery. I do soft vit d calcium chews, gummy vitamins (multi), a soft chew of probiotics, and a womans multi too. Just to make sure I am getting enough in and it all stays with me since i tend to process a lil faster now days.

  5. I take a bunch of supplements, including a multivitamin, fish oil, folic acid, potassium, super B complex, calcium, magnesium, C, and D-3. I think they work in tandem to keep me healthy—I haven't had a cold in a decade (whereas I used to get 1 or 2 a year before I started the supplement regimen)!

  9. I take vitamin D3 among other vitamins. I was deficient in D3 and now I'm not.

  11. I take a multivitamin and vitamin D....it really helps especially in winter. I just feel better.

  12. yes I take fish oil for my cholesterol. It does help taking the fish oil because my levels have come down greatly

  16. I take a daily multivitamin, cod liver oil, and biotin. I think they're all helping to keep me healthy, and I've noticed a big difference in my hair and fingernails since starting the biotin! emilywells10@gmail.com

  17. I have been prescribed an iron supplement. I have been told that adding an omega 3 fish oil will help with my inflammation and heart issues.

  18. I take a 'Superfruits' supplement as well as an Omega 3-6-9, I really think they both help, my skin & hair especially! TY4 the chance, I'd love to try this brand as purity is very important to me!
