Since I started taking this product 5 days ago my energy level has improved. Along with that is the fact that I have been able to get to sleep at bedtime with out any problem at all. That's good for me because I'm usually dragging during the day but when evening comes I have a hard time settling down and getting to sleep right away. So this has gotten me pretty interested in learning more about forskolin.
What is forskolin and how does it work?
